These are outdoor chairs, like director chairs, so I can*t take the canvas off and make new ones. The canvas is very sturdy, but got black mildew all over from getting wet and standing on a back porch. Would spray paint work, (after removing the mildew of course)

It worries me that we live in a throw away society, but I can't find anywhere that sells replacement seats/back canvas for directors chairs. Appreciate your help.

I use cushions but I would perhaps like to buy or make new backs for them, do you know where in London I could perhaps buy replacement backs or cheap canvas material?

What is/was the name of the York Beach, Maine pizza place with director chairs? And is it still there today? Antonio's that sounds like New York style which is what it was. So that is the right answer and they are gone?

I brought some a few years ago - some nice pink + lilac ones. I need new ones now. Have looked at previous posting of this question, it had 3 answers but not good for the UK.

Kids in need of instruments, chairs, water, and uniforms. Lost some in Katrina, but was in pretty bad shap prior. I was Band Director in New Orleans prior to Katrina, and the kids are really exicited and motivated to work. Any assistance will be highly appreciated.

This chairs where made of a round tubing frame with a green canvas cloth seat and back. These chairs look like a shorter version of a directors chair. The arms where wrapped in foam for padding and the newer ones had a piece of green canvas cloth wrapped around the foam. Some also had a green canvas cloth wrapped around one arm that dropped down and had two pockets on it. One pocket was a beverage holder and the other was square which could hold a magazine or other misc. items. I'm looking for about 10 of the chairs. I would be very grateful for any help finding this.

I'd like to replace the worn out seats for a few directors/deck chairs and would like a pattern to use to cut out the pieces and directions for how to sew.
